Rather than focusing on a defined area, I’m searching a wide variety of neighborhoods. In the end I’m hoping to help readers develop a reasonable opinion of value as it relates to home size, age and location. This is a popular price point for many of the buyers relocating to our area, "empty nesters" in particular. Hence, the big increase in sold price per square foot for single level homes. If you’re crunching numbers, please keep in mind that the market times I’ve posted typically include days that the homes were in escrow (typically between 30 – 45 days).
