Located north of Sparks, this area has been our fastest growing over the past 25 years. A wide range of subdivisions provide a variety of homes in virtually every price range. Most of the newer developments are well planned and offer convenient access to good schools and shopping. The neighborhood of Wingfield Springs is a great example of this while offering two championship golf courses. The recently completed Sparks Galleria & Sparks Crossing Malls truly qualify this as a “self-contained” area. Take a fairly short drive north on the Pyramid Highway to see homes on 10+ acres and then on to Pyramid Lake, a local favorite for fishing, camping, and water sports. Golden Eagle Regional Park was completed in 2008 and consists of over 100 acres of well-maintained recreational space. Local tip: There are only three arterial roads leading in and out of the Spanish Springs valley which creates traffic congestion during peak drive times.
